Hip new hotel in a perfect area close enough to the Portland harbor and downtown or the waterfront. Helpful and top-class staff in the whole venue. A family atmosphere around the place. Brand-new, unique room with an open bathroom and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Very central location, relatively near Children's Museum and Theatre of Maine. Such wonderful stay, as always.

Poorly trained staff!

Our experience here was such great. Booked a room with "an exceptional breakfast". The entire staff were friendly and outstandingly friendly. The location of the hotel was favourable - not too far away from Merrill Auditorium.

Marvellous location to a sandy beach. New building and rooms with loft decoration. Efficient check-in, parking onsite.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was reasonably clean, the rooms were spotless with good views. It had very central location close to Harbor View Memorial Park.

My a double room was updated and very well kept. The view of harbor it had was exceptionally good. Very central location just off all downtown attractions, the Portland harbor, and many restaurants and shops, it was in a downtown area. Also, the hotel was just a short stroll away from a respected museum.

Superfriendly staff and unique rooms, we had a great experience. Enjoyed our rooms with breakfast. The hotel had a very central location and it was easy walk to a Libby house.

Incredibly beautiful and absolutely great accommodation with easy setting close to the center of Portland, downtown or the waterfront, and all downtown attractions. Well-organised and well-appointed rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

nothing too much trouble, the venue met all required needs. appreciated the fact that i chose this beautiful and absolutely great hotel. i had updated and unique room complete with cool design and " an exceptional breakfast " and the shower.

I appreciated 1 night in this property. Everything was modern, so were pleasant views of the harbor. I had the family room which was spotless and unique. The bathroom with a bathtub. The personnel was superfriendly and amicable.

The a double room I stayed in was well-organised and lovely modern with "an exceptional breakfast". The location was marvellous, short walk from a Libby house. Visited few places in the center, at walking distance from the hotel

The hotel's location was convenient, and check-in was a breeze. The valet staff was helpful and friendly. Despite some noise issues, the room was comfortable. I recommend Aloft.
